Recently Sophos has completed the research of the most considerable unsolicited e-mail distributors, as the Link Spam Statistics found out, they are China and USA. Six of the top entries are from European countries which include a combined higher percentage of junk e-mail than the US which today counts for 19.6 percent of spam all over the world. There is the top positions of the roll of spammers: South Korea 6.5 percent junk e-mail, then Poland with 4.8 percent, Germany with 4.2 percent, Brazil 4.1 percent, France 3.3 percent, Russia 3.1 percent, Turkey 2.9 percent, UK with 2.8 percent, Italy with 2.8 percent and conclusively India with 2.5 percent, if we compare those showings with the results of 2006 year, we will see the worldwide 9 percent increment of spam.
