Collaboration

There are 3 methodologies of human interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you want to make the optimal choice selecting your software application, you have to see through the differences that are significant between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is about discovering new information or establishing relationships. An example of a transactional interaction is when you go into the store and change your money for groceries.

Collaborative interactions are structured in such a way that the primary goal of those involved is to change the collaboration entity from what has been non-secured and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for instance a blueprint.

Teamwork Software is one of groupware categories that facilitate seamless collaboration between your employees, department staff, everybody who works on the project, teams, etc.

Its excellent usefulness enables project activists to manage action plans, exchange documents, be updated on projects, moderate schedules, automate business processes, be instantly reminded of any tasks and activities they are involved in. There are a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: managing events, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and harmonizing work of several business units or even offices.
