Working together

People interact in three major ways: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you care to make the right choice with regard to software application, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of ideas and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction substance between 2 or more people involeved, whereas an interaction of collaboration is employed for a change of a substance of collaboration, for instance: reaching a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the key purpose of those involved is to change the collaboration substance from what used to be non-secured and intangible, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.
