The word automation has become quite popular lately. A lot of corporations try to propose their solutions to the market. At the first view those programs have got many advantages. They are frequently being offered in the attractive shiny packages. During the analysis of different personnel management software programs, I assumed that its usage has more drawbacks than advantages. There are several reasons why I do not use it.

Reason 1: It is not a freeware soft. Employee management software commonly comes at a coast. The setting up coast is not the complete price, you may have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Lot of people find that the benefits outweigh the costs. If you clearly see how the advantages do it, pay. If you don't, hold the funds. Money is the lesser evil.
